6 k run done with a few folks from club. Lovely run. Then home for a bit of chocolate (always helps when feeling a bit low even if I am trying to give up all sugar AGAIN). As its such a nice day I think bath a pony time. Then dress up posh as off for a lovely meal and trip to local theatre to see the Mathew Bourne Romeo and Juliet with two girlfriends. Spendy evening but will be a lovely oneMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

I'm glad you've got something good for today, Watty, sounds like awful news for your elderly pony.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Well vet has just been and admit to being very suprised. Yes the lumps are pre-cancerous but she says, in her experience, this kind of cancerous lump developes very slowly and that, given his age, something else will get him before that. The other swellings that I am worried about do indicate some kind of fluid but that might be because he is just overweight. Just need to continue trying to get the weight off the elderly chap.Blood tests done to check what else might be going on, but feeling a lot less worried now.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

That's good news then ... to be honest, I've heard the same kind of thing for humans, that slow developing cancer can be left alone with elderlies, because something else will get them first. It's reassuring in it's way, isn't it ... hope your day is going well.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

And the day keeps getting better and better. The gardener I found is making a lovely job of tidying up and trimming the hedge. I don't think it has ever looked so neat
Sadly the Ash tree has die back and he says it needs to come down - but - it is actually on the neighbours land so it is their issue. He has taken down the parts that will drop on our garden and suggests I chat to them. I suspect they will wait for it to fall down
And in other news just had a fantastic lesson on the cob. He is really improving and tried so hard to get what we were doing in the lesson. I'm exhauted now and munching toasted teacakes and drinking tea rather than returning to workMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Not much to report other than working, looking after horses and more working. Oh and Mr W is going to Austria next week. Will be gone for a week to a horseshow with a group of women. And he wonders why I don't trust him?!!
