Hugs and take care of yourself, things will get brighter0

So sorry to read your news.
Sending a :grouphug:and a few :kisses: although the latter look a bit weird.
Take it easy, be kind to yourself and rest. Messy house, washing, ironing can all wait.

Hopefully the thyroid meds will continue to help. Rest up - you don't want to exhaust yourself any more xx

Those hugs were called "dodgy hugs" at one stage2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Thank you all so much - for the dodgy hugs and the good wishes. That really made me feel most cheerful. So kind of you all.
Focus at the moment is on just clearing the work backlog. Which is nearly there. I think if I work a couple of hours this evening I will be about there.
I'll get round to catching up with you all soon.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -
Well done on climbing out of the depression. I hope your mojo stays with you.
Good luck,
Squirrel xPaid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -
Hi Watty, good to 'see' you.
Glad to hear you are beginning to feel betterEarly retired - 18th December 2014
If your dreams don't scare you, they're not big enough0 -
Hiya Watty, I'm glad the dodgy hugs cheered you up a little
and well done for getting on top of the work backlog - thats very freeing. Hope you're getting your 15 minutes a day of sun on your skin, it really does help (a bit).

Up and down but trying to stay positive. 15 mins of sun is a great idea KC. Will start trying that.
Def had 15 mins yesterday - took Most Handsome to the Royal College of Vet Surgeons for his referral. They have kept him overnight to do some more tests and will keep him tonight as well. Waiting for a call from vet at the mo!
MSE news - had 2 very old bench ends cluttering up Mr Watty's barn. I once had visions of turning them into a stunning Perspex bench but the Perspex was somewhat expensive so abandoned that and just left them. Have an old bench that needs some new slats and a bit of TLC. Have just exchanged the old ends for a refurbishment of the broken bench. :jMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
