And for myself £36 spent at chiropractor. Hoping it has been successful. Was so tempted to go to London to the chap I really trust but he is expensive and it is a whole day out of work so am hoping the local place has sorted neck. It does feel better but I'm sure if that is because I found some industrial strength prescription only painkillers tucked away in a drawerMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

£300 + saved today. Had booked to take Most Handsome to a 3 day clinic run by a German specialising in bio-mechanics to see if it could sort out the lameness.
I realised I had booked out of desperation and a desire to "do something" but without knowing what is wrong I wondered if I could do more damage than good. Trainer said no - but - there was only one space left and I couldn't help but wonder if that was with a 'sales hat' on. Gee am getting cynical.
So £300 saved.
And chiropractor has not fixed neck. Will go back tomorrow for another try.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

(creeps back into room)
Things not been so good. Neck pain got substantially worse and ended up drifting around in a co-dine haze.
Depression got substantially worse and ended up being able to do very little at all. Went back to see doctor as I'd given up on life totally. Doc agreed to give thyroid medication a go and for the last couple of days life has seemed as if it might be worth living again.
The chaos that has ensured house and work wise from being unable to do very much is astounding so will be slowly catching up on that and also on the news on here.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

I'm really sorry to hear how bad it got Watty - but thankful you realised how low you were, and got to the doctor ... since thyroid medication has helped already after only a few days, it does sound like the depression is medically-based, and there's help out there for you - its good that your doc listened.
All the best - keep posting if you can xx2023: the year I get to buy a car0
