I fell asleep in the bath again! 2 hours later and the water was cold, I had a stiff neck and it was nearly time for DD to come home :o I need to reset my alarms I have during the day (I switch them off during school holidays) as they would have woken me up earlier.

DD had a "meh" first day after discovering a lad she hates is sat next to her in almost every class as they're currently in alphabetical order. Apparently he doesn't shut up (pot calling kettle black in my opinion;)) so we'll see how long it is before she either looses it with him or begs the teachers to move him or her. Personally I'd like her to loose it as he annoyed her most of last year as well and I'd like to hear how he reacts to quite well behaved DD actually telling him what she thinks he should do with his constant chatting;):o She's brought home a school planner after she said they weren't getting one as school had 'run out'. I think she's half-heard the teacher at the end of last term and misunderstood, so I bought her one and its now mine :D Its only a week-to-view but I can put all the school dates in, and it means I don't have to try and juggle 2 diaries in December/Jan when I'm making appointments and trying to organise stuff to do with work. I've already got a copy of January's calender on my wall :p It'll also help me when arranging her visiting ex as I can mark in his school holidays for reference and see when their holidays overlap ;)

I'm halfway through work but I am exhausted so putting the books out will have to wait until tomorrow. I'll get wet, but I'd have to go out to put a book into my old work/school any ways so a couple of more won't make that much difference & I'll get myself a treat pudding from the local shop when I'm done. :p I have put a big apology on the newsletter explaining that these particular meds are making me very tired but normal service should resume by next week..

Email / surveys - going to tackle on DD's laptop later. Mines taken a dislike to my email account again.
    WM/TD- 1 more to go.
Paid stuff - [STRIKE]newsletter,[/STRIKE] prepare forms, prepare books, put books out
    S&S bathroom
S&S kitchen - DD has washed up, I'll do some after tea if I can stay awake.
    Ironing

I think I'll leave DD's timetable until tomorrow when I'm more awake. I do an A4 colour coded one for her room, an A4 copy for next to my wall calender (for when I have to phone the school/remind her of homework), an A5ish copy for her planner, and a credit-card sized one which I laminate for her to carry around in her blazer (which last year included a g00gle maps image of her school which was labelled so she could find her way around all the different buildings but she doesn't need that this year). Might sound like too many but we both used all versions last year ;)

Off to print out my newsletters for work, then its tea time while we watch TBBT :D

Good evening, This afternoons list has not gone to plan, as I got sidetracked by ironing mountain and done 2 hours rather than the planned HHI.

    Monday Mayhem ~ Krazy Kitchen

Shine the sink and draining board. Make those taps shine and twinkle..
Wipe down worktops and wipe down all small electricals.
Rehome anything that is out of place
Clean inside the microwave. A good tip is to heat up a cup of water in the microwave - the steam shifts all the yukky stuff on the microwave
    Clean the window
    15 fling boogie
    Clean light fittings/switches
    Wipe down the doors
Clean that cupboard under the sink!!!

    Twinkling Tuesday ~ Bouncing Bedroom
Clear the floor of anything that doesn't belong there..

Clean the window - make it sparkle in the sunshine
    Clear and clean the windowsill

    Whimsical Wednesday ~ Barnacled Bathroom
    Change flannels/sponges
    Clean sink and bath
Shine the taps, don't forget to get underneath the taps with a toothbrush.
Clear floor of any stuff that shouldn't be there - towels if they are dirty should be in the laundry bin.
    Hoover/mop floor
Clear out the medicine cabinet - if you have any out of date medicine make sure it's bagged up properly and either bin it securely or take to the nearest chemist for disposal.
Replace those manky towels for lovely fresh towels.
    Clean windowsill
Last minute checks to see if you have everything for your little ones going back/starting school
    Clean windows
    Wash curtains

Tantalizing Thursday ~ Luxurious Living Room, hall and stairs
Pick things up off the floor
Vacuum through the living room and hall
Dust standing objects including electrical items - no electrocutions please!
Turn over and plump sofa and chair cushions.
    27 fling boogie
Sort out one cupboard/drawer, even that cupboard under the stairs if you want...

The timetables are a combination of what me and ex had when we went to seniors ;) Works for us, and I'm hoping the planner will work for me! I just need to do the great calender updating as there's lots of 'events' like award ceremony next week, parents evening etc that I need to work my paid stuff around again.

I've actually done some things from the list (sort of):

Sewed a button on a shirt
Sorted a cupboard a bit to find something
    Washed dog bed
    Washed cushions
Ordered light bulbs to replace blown one

Right tea now. Busy evening, need to walk dogs, dye DD's hair and make alterations to a dress for her. Oh and do day four of challenge.

    Catch you later.
Spend less now, work less later.

Also been down dump with yesterday's hard graft, took DS to park

    WM fed twice

got new phone sorted out ( going to take a lot of playing with, but at least it has all my contact list intact and I have now installed fb, and certain sugar crunching game)

DS has still refused a nap, so thinking while it is still sweltering here 26 deg, I should take him down the beach for a nice paddle then sling him in the bath and hope he sleeps all night!

DD3 tried waking me up at 4am wanting me to straighten her hair for school, I was as polite as I could muster at that time of the morning.........but she managed to sort it all herself by half 7, but I was in no mood to tamper with my new phone until i knew all my contacts were transferred (over 200 contacts, I was not about to enter them all again by scratch!)

Froddy posi-vibes and safe-keeping vibes for the young troubled teen, my dear old Mum has been sectioned many many times, since I was a knee high to a grasshopper. It broke my heart when nursing Dad on his final journey that it fell to my sister and I to ask to have her sectioned knowing that we were ripping her away from my Dad, but it was the only way to save one of them. Done for the right reasons and with dedicated staff "Sectioning" can really be helpful.

Right, on a brighter note, brew then beach.......anyone else fancy a HH-Goodbye Summer?
The cold never bothered me anyway
