  • Afternoon everyone, just back from work. Lawn to cut this afternoon, before it starts pouring down, dog needs a walk and I am going to make a pie for tea.

Living room could do with a dust and hoover but the plasterer is coming on Monday so no point going mad cleaning in there! Think there might be some washing to get in the machine too while the sun is shining.

Oh and I need to update my accounts spreadsheets too.
  • Youngest had good 1st morning back and someone from the special school we applied to is coming out to see him tomorrow morning yay

  • I'm making more of a mess than tidying! I have decluttered some of the stuff out of the LR just sorting through a couple of hot spots. Cleared and cleaned the flat surfaces. I've stuck a washing in and will throw it in the TD when its done.

Hot spot rehoming then pictures and mirror off the walls.
    HHC starting now ?

    Hi all.

Flying-wise, we have lovely sunshine, so I've washed three pairs of Mr LW's jeans and a blanket (it's one I keep in the lounge for when I need to lie down because I'm feeling too unwell to do otherwise, and it was covered in dog hairs). All hanging outside in the sun to dry. I've also finally removed the Lizzie nose-art from the back door and patio door.

Challenge-wise, my necklace today is a "chain" of five flowers; the centres are imitation pearls, and the petals (five on each flower) are all different little tumbled stones - red jasper, tiger-eye, chrysoprase, carnelian, dumortierite and others - all 25 are different!:o I think I got it from a car boot sale, if memory serves.:D

Dusty great news that your friend isn't any worse, and can have her double-m.

Froddy thoughts and posi-vibes for the teen lass. I shall never know exactly how close I was to being in her situation (major mental breakdown at age 16) so I do feel for her.

Bossy glad Miss Moo enjoyed herself – I meant to say, that cake looked fab. You're very talented!

Natty well done on passing the homecheck (not that I had any doubt you'd pass). Summer looks very sweet.

Helen (((HUGS))) and posi-vibes. I've said it before – you know where my pm box is if you need a shoulder, or if you think of any way I can be of help to you. Like Piggers says, you don't need to disappear, even if you're not following the routines – I don't follow the official lists, and lately, I've not been even managing my own lists, for goodness sake! They haven't chucked me out because of it, and you won't be chucked out either. Stay – we love you here! Just pop in and say Hi if that's all you feel like doing.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
  • necklace sounds lovely LW
