I'm lucky to live in a small village that has three pubs. My local - the one nearest my house- probably charges on average £3.60 for a pint, but after a few it is irrelevant!

Co. Durham, the Wetherspoon's that I use £1.79-£2.19 for ale depending on strengths, my nearest normal pub £3.20 for ale (minimum). If I travel a bit by bus I can get a local brewpub's beer for £2.80.

I would imagine the WMCs in the area would knock 50p of the normal pub prices for ale - if they sell it. not being a member anywhere I don't know for sure though.

Village local it's about £3.50 but in town you can get a pint for about £2.50~.

Student places in Lincoln can do pints for £1.80-£2.00.
