Yes, I was stung one time by a site whose name escapes me right now where you chose from various "melodies" with names like "Dire", "Direr" and "Direst". You had to grade them on a score of 1 to 10, where 1 was the blood from your ears went all the way over the room, and 10 was it merely dribbled.scubaangel wrote: »Given I did all of it while sat in or on my bed I don't see that it's been particularly productive at all.
There's a difference between "effortless" and "unproductive"."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Given my plan was going for a run and a walk to the nearest supermarket for lunch both of which would require getting out of bed/the house.
I also want to get some more of my book collection listed on greenmetropolis, not overly concerned about selling them quickly (or even at all if I'm honest) but reducing the piles of books filling the spare gaps in my room will make it easier to keep tidy. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Or run to the nearest supermarket - combine both."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

And then be freezing cold walking home with the stuff I'd bought. No ta, noone needs to see me in a shop in my running gear either. :eek:It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

You're normally a blur when you go running by?"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Nope but I run during the day when there are very few people around and when my usual route is busy I head up on to the moors where no sane person would be (apparently since I generally am the only one there).

Stay on the roads - keep off the moors!
(and a bonus point if you can name the film

You seem to be operating under the assumption that the sane people outnumber the nutty.
It's not an assumption I make..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

American Werewolf - a film which is actually older than me but I've watched fairly often as it was a favourite of one of my uni flatmates.
Oh I rarely assume sanity/insanity but working on the presumption that sane =normal = being one of the sheeple I must be the nutty one up on the moors on my own.

Ooh...sheeple...there's a word...

I have no idea, she just liked the film, generally she'd got home from a night out and want to watch it in the kitchen so I'd finish up watching it with her when I got home from work.
Some of the time I like being a sheeple, others nutty suits me just fine if it means I can run without subjecting people to the state I end up in mid run. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
