The moment I never thought would arrive!! Finally exchanged half an hour ago. 15 weeks since offer on no chain sale to FTB! The longest 15 weeks of my life!

Thanks Celina - and to everyone else for the kind messages! Completing on 1st October, which has turned out perfectly as my early redemption fee on my mortgage expires the day before - so that saves me 2 grand into the bargain, which makes the whole hellish process worth it in the end!!0 -

Thanks Errata, no it's been the most stressful 15 weeks of my life! But all will be forgotten once I hand those keys over on the 1st. Those who have given birth tell me it's a similar sensation once it's all over!!0
