    The moment I never thought would arrive!! Finally exchanged half an hour ago. 15 weeks since offer on no chain sale to FTB! The longest 15 weeks of my life!

    Thanks Celina - and to everyone else for the kind messages! Completing on 1st October, which has turned out perfectly as my early redemption fee on my mortgage expires the day before - so that saves me 2 grand into the bargain, which makes the whole hellish process worth it in the end!!

    Thanks Errata, no it's been the most stressful 15 weeks of my life! But all will be forgotten once I hand those keys over on the 1st. Those who have given birth tell me it's a similar sensation once it's all over!!
