Hey Kat, I'm in. But I won't be partaking in the alcohol free. I'm already on one running for 28 days until Sept 7th when I will be lifting my well earned pint at the end of 12 gruelling miles and 20 deathly obstacles at Tough Mudder. Sept is a busy month! Budgets are set though and money shall be made!

Can I join again? Didn't do very well in the August challenge but at least I tried! new rules in this one that night be a bit tough! But I have a weekend away for a friends birthday and there will be alcohol consumed!!! But definitely want to try to cut out alcohol the rest of the month and the exercise bit - I do go the gym but need to step it up a bit! was going to try to run in the mornings before work - that will be a challenge but need to make and effort!0
