The buyer pulled out. No reason given, just disappeared and didn't return any calls. Well, that's what the EA told me. I have to believe they were being honest for my sanity. Fair enough, I suppose if the person didn't want the place and couldn't face explaining why.

I'm a she, BTW,;) and I was reading the posts offline as my computer logs me out if there's been no activity for ten mins. But you feel free to hijack this thread, I've gotten lots of support and advice already and feeling much more positive.:D0
