What conditioner should I use for co-washing?

I'm thinking of co-washing my hair, its very thick and I've also coloured it. I naively co-washed my hair using my normal conditioner (John Frieda Radient Red) on Saturday night but it made my hair overly greasy today. Is there a particular type of conditioner that other people use? TIA

i tried to co wash yesterday with conditioner I already had, went ok but hair doesnt feel right.

I snt frizzy but feels a bit sticky can't decide if that is down to having a build up on my hair or if its the conditioner

Will br having another go tomorrow
