I just found the marriage details online of someone I know who got married in the States but there again, I did know the details of the Court House where they applied for the licence. I would guess that unless you know the area that it might be looking for a needle in a haystack

Think you need to try and find the local courthouse, I found mine on there just by searching by name, no date required.ITV Winners Club #87 :eek:0

Do you know the names of any of his friends or family who might be on facebook? Then you could view their friends and see if he is one of them?

Thanks there may be a few people I could do that for, but several of them are people who would not want to be found
The contact I had with his family either they didnt know where he was or one family member was very hostile to the fact I had contacted them, despite being mother of their grandchildren.Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

Maybe you could stress the "something to his advantage" side of the situation? Most families will usually agree to pass on a message if they think they may benefit from some good fortune!0
