For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane. BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly caused the crash.
If you can identify the drivers, they probably simply need updating to fix this problem.

Nothing plugged in, had earphones in earlier but not when it crashed. I think I have it set not to sleep, when I shut the lid nothing happens and I just switch it off . I'd like to take the bloody thing to the vet and it put to sleep!
You have but it is probably the webcam which of course you can't unplug. As espresso says you need to find out which driver is causing this.

And of course which shop, PC World et al , it won't be a "Big Job" but it will cost more than advice on here and there will be no guarantee that your lappy comes out any better, or even with the stuff you sent it in with

Sorry that was my fault, I misunderstood. I have this sorted out to never go to sleep, , just to stay on until I switch it off. Evn with the lid shut I think it stays on unless I shut it down.
Off not to try and find drivers. God computers are knackering.
Nope, Bluescreen is blank. So I take it there is no archive? and I need to save the next one? *&^%$*

If you click on your Lenovo model on this page here you will be able to download the latest available drivers when you have identified what you need after the next crash.

Notice it says windows 7 service pack 1, and then offers a link to a newer version of 7. Should I install that?
