    You don't need to wait until the next blue screen.

    If you run it now, it should show details of all previous blue screens.

    Post screen dumps displaying this info on here, as per post #5 for analysis.

    There's nothing in it, it has an upper pane and lower pane but it's all empty.

    Try right clicking on the App and run as administrator ( BTW have you actually got Win 7 64 bit or 32 Bit?)

    Am sure I read somewhere on this laptop that it's a 64bit. Anyway I downloaded both versions and just tried them both, run as admin, and they're both still blank. :mad:

    Ok have done that, it was set to something else, kernel. And it is a 64bit.
    Will I need to reboot before it works because it's still blank..

    Go to Control Panel---System---Advanced and make sure the Startup and Recover options are as in this piccy

    I don't think that it will actually display anything after a reboot until you next have a blue screen, as nothing has been captured yet.
