So I open this after the next blue screen, and copy what it says and bring it back here to you?
You don't need to wait until the next blue screen.
If you run it now, it should show details of all previous blue screens.

There's nothing in it, it has an upper pane and lower pane but it's all empty.0

Am sure I read somewhere on this laptop that it's a 64bit. Anyway I downloaded both versions and just tried them both, run as admin, and they're both still blank. :mad:0

Ok have done that, it was set to something else, kernel. And it is a 64bit.
Will I need to reboot before it works because it's still blank..0 -
