Nothing wrong with the Bay City Rollers I was a big fan in their heyday Saw them in concert a few times even went to work in my Bay City Rollers gear and left early so I could get down to Manchester to watch them. Eric was my favourite

Made a lovely tomato Ragu yesterday.

Loads of whoopsied over ripe tomatoes scalded a skins peeled
Couple of chopped onions
Couple of chopped carrots
Herbs and seasoning
Tomato paste
I added a teaspoon Of sugar too

Would have liked celery and fresh basil but hey ho:)




Simmered for an hour and then blitzed in a blitzy thing




Tastes a million times better than anything out of a jar and will cost about 12p a portion for 4 ( whoopsied toms) before other ingredients are added.
I will make a stew with it today using courgettes, aubergines chorizo and chillies
