Ive waited for weeks for written permission from DS2 school for him to wear Velcro fastening shoes. They're not allowed but he can't do laces or slip ons. Finally had the letter waiting for me when I got back from my hols. Can you imagine what Clarks will be like today :(:(
.........oh and DD, now she has finally got out of bed has informed me she will not be wearing anything from Clarks :o
It going to be fun fun fun:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Oh FC your poor dd. To be honest (I believe she is 13/14) I quite agree with her and you have done well to last out this long.
Luckily there are plenty of shoes around these days but might be an idea for her to have narrowed it down to 5 pairs you agree on B4 you attempt to go shopping.
My ds1 hated wearing shoes and we compromised on kickers which I think he changed out of into his trainers on the bus:eek:
Dd then had to go into kickers too as only fair as she was older.
I really can't remember what ds2 wore but I remember his friend getting hold of one of his shoes and throwing it in big school bin. We had to go back to school and retrieve it:rotfl:
But then my kids only had school shoes and trainers. Dd chose a funky pair of ankle boots once which lasted 18 months. Gosh I was tough on them wasn't I:D

:rotfl::rotfl:Had a good laugh on mobile. It rang and because I expecting a few phonecalls from a few different places I have to answer. It was guy from Vodaphone wanting me to go with them and leave o2
He asks how many mins , text , internet I need a month so I quite happily give him rough estimate then asks what phone I got. S3 I tell him. He then tells me his quotes and I tell him they are dear :rotfl:So he asks if I am on contract with o2 me yes. He asks how much a month me truthfully nothing :money: til next year then £7-50 for 12 months . He went silent probably  or thinking I lying.
He then tries to say I need an I-pad £20 odd a month I told him he must be joking why would I need one. For internet on the go :rotfl:I get that I use shops wifi silly guy . Eventually he says have a nice day and hangs up. :T0 -
