DS2 was very impressed that they now use iPads to measure feet :D

I couldn't get round those shops quick enough!!

2 pairs shoes, 2 pairs of trainers, 1 pair football boots, 1 school bag, 2 gym bags, 2 lunch bags, 4 lunch boxes, 4 drinks bottles, a mountain of assorted stationery........

give me an As glitch any day :o

You do know they sell school stuff during August and not just in September ;):D:D:D

    :eek::eek: Clarks :eek::eek:

Obviously I survived, but only just!!

Clarkes is a dream compared to here. We go to the start-rite factory shop (seconds but you can never tell why always beautiful shoes) down from £40 to £20.

We got there at 9am and 47th yes 47th !!!!! In line they have such a bad wait they play movies in the second room for kids to watch. So we waited well over an hr only to be told they have nothing in dd size anyway so we had to buy brand new :(

I dream of clarks lol but have to try and get shoes as cheap as I can

Wow you are very brave leaving it this late. I would be having sleepless nights over it imagining what could happen if they didn't all have new plimmies and drink bottles lol. I bought my gym bags lunch boxes bottles etc last sept a week after kids went back when sains sell it all off cheap and I just hide it from the kids so they get to see it couple weeks before they go back ;) works fab except for shoes obviously. Next week sains should do it again

Im not on the ball with things at all this year!! Actually getting a holiday and DS1 unexpectedly getting the uni place has thrown things in to disarray. Not to mention Ive had some unexpected jobs myself in the last few months.

..........Im nowhere near getting myself sorted for my own uni course

The Clarks I go to is an Outlet, so it's slightly cheaper. Still £27 for DS2 shoes though :(

  • Afternoon All.

Happy Birthday LTF:bdaycake::bdaycake::bdaycake: OMG got a stuttering Birthday Cake. Well you can never have enough cake!

Mine tomorrow - still 21 but with a little more VAT!

Told next door neighbour about the VAX steam mop as DS said he would get it for my Birthday:eek: and did she want me to pick one up for her. Apparently she already has one but doesn't use it - so she gave it to me! Tried it and works a treat.

Then checked my emails to find I had won a box of Twinnings Tea on fb.

Now trying to install the Android version MSL on Galaxy S2 but it telling me its not compatible,.

Oh well I can drink tea and wash the floors - will have to leave money off shopping for a little while longer.
