Get shot of the 2 fake jobs & embellish the jobs you have done.
For Betterware, you can extol on the fact that you have 6 months experience in retail, including stock control & finance.
For the caring of your dad, you can embellish this as 'adult care worker'. They would not be able to question the integrity of these descriptions as they are true.
They can't put 'adult care worker' down for caring for a parent. That job title you've suggested is more for actual paid employment as a carer in a nursing home/carer in the community. I don't think that could be put down for caring for a family member. Next people will be suggesting a fancy name for stay at home parents.
Sounds fair enough about the betterware though0
