Jack n Jones bad customer service!! was called a "silly cow"

Does anyone know the head office email address for Jack n Jones menswear, I can only find online customer service. I needed to return a faulty item to the store that I had only had for 2 weeks (had receipt) but the manageress refused point blank, when I told her that I spend hundreds of pounds in the store and is she happy to lose my customer her reply was a shrug and said "yes"!! when I walked away I clearly heard her say "silly cow" to another member of staff. I asked her for head office details but she completely refused to tell me. On contacting the online customer service they told me to go to the store and speak to the manager/manageress! I don't think so, I am not going to be treated like this a second time.:mad::mad:

Given that it will be your word against hers (and her staff are likely to back her up), what do you want the outcome of the complaint to be?0

This is not the official site. The official site is:

It appears their head office is in Switzerland.0 -
What was her reason for refusing the return?0

Just the threat and the stress of someone from HQ poking around asking questions and taking staff into private rooms, will be enough retribution I'd have thought.
There is a small chance that a member of staff might take the opportunity to tell the truth. :T0 -

Wrong board.
There is no Consumer Rights issue here.
This thread should be on the Rants & Raves board.0 -

Or more likely, HQ will ring the store manager and ask what happened. Manager will place blame on the customer and deny she called the customer a name. HQ will write to customer suggesting she misheard.
I doubt very much this would lead to any stress for the store staff!0 -
I'll decide whether my question is relevant or not thank you very much.Prothet_of_Doom wrote: »No longer relevant.0 -

I'm confused.. are you an alter ego for the OP?
You seem to have decided what the OP wants as well as how they will react to it..0
