Thank you for all the comments. We can only offer and if they say no then at least I feel I've tried that's all I can do.

    Morning all. Hugs to mummyroysof3.

I've gone off list and did most of the LR jobs yesterday and nothing in the kitchen apart from dailies. Today I've cleaned the downstairs loo as up mega early waiting for a delivery. Going to get back to the list now before the paid stuff in an hour.

Flyladies, can you send some more of your 'be strong' vibes to my DS and his fiancee today please? After the horror of a couple of months ago, they say their final goodbyes today, although they still have the inquest to get through.

    Have a great day everyone.
Spend less now, work less later.
  • Morning all just popping in. It's another crazy, busy week here with the summer scheme. I'm helping to run it this week so we're off cycling today, water park on Thursday (long time from I was in a swimming suit LOL) and computer courses on Wednesday and Friday. I did have a brilliant idea yesterday and thought DD's friend could go to the summer scheme too (she's bored at home) so I've an extra one for the week. :rotfl:

Flying wise i'm trying to stay on top of it. Kitchen was done yesterday as well as livingroom. Today i'll do my bedroom. Still have loads to get for the BBQ tomorrow night, I just hope I find donations and fast.

I haven't had a chance to read the thread and probably won't be back until Friday. Hugs, spoons and strength to all who need it. xx

    Morning Everyone

Jazee dont know the full story but sending best wishes to your family. Same to mummyroysof3 and anyone else who is having a hard time at the moment.

Scrubbed all the worktops and tiles yesterday, even moved the microwave from its cubbyhole and cleaned it inside. Hoovered, washed the floor, wiped the windows and cleaned the cupboard doors.

Last night I decided to order an Asda shop, easier than taking the kids with me, and spent quite a bit of time decluttering some paperwork and updating my finances spreadsheet.

So the living room today, if I can move DS2 off his Xbox for a bit, and a mountain of ironing to do. Onwards and upwards!

    Hi everyone

Been mia for a couple of weeks - went on our holibobs with Mum, kids and the dog [the dog will NOT be going again!!]

Pigpen - congratulations - lovely little girl and I love the name

I've managed to put my back out so feeling very tender and sore at the moment, this coupled with DH's probs is making for an untidy house lol
DH has been diagnosed with a tumour between bladder and kidney so we're waiting for a call from the hosp to say he can go in for the biopsy and a stent to be put in if they can, he's off work till 12th Sept at the earliest and will be off a lot longer if the op hasn't been done by then, he's in constant pain so some "get an op quick" vibes would be hugely appreciated, he's marked as urgent so hopefully it'll be soon

Housework just isn't happening but hopefully my back will sort its self out over the next couple of days and I can get back to it

    Hugs to all
LW and mummyroy - special hugs to both of you

    Helen x
