H bars aren't enforcable. If your driveway is blocked and you don't agree with it then it can be reported to the police who can and do tow cars away.
    Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.

This year I bought a couple of bags of 6X fibrous fertiliser. This stuff is awesome, the smell is one that lingers when it gets up your nose and is makes even the strongest cringe. I would suggest starting with a very small amount , a couple of pinches, dropped into the A/C vents below the windscreen wipers . (use the fibrous not pelleted.) Any left over can go on the roses.
If not that you can put down a light dusting of the stuff on the roadway over where they park , that would be adequate to create a miasma inside their car
this is better then the tuna!

Any sort of revenge attacks on peoples vehicle is stupid. They know where you live and can retaliate twice as hard.

The only thing to do is just speak to the council and get them to help you out. You should be put in touch with parking control who you can phone and report it.

Frankly the neighbour is an absolute idiot denying responsibility and blaming guests. That's like someone playing very loud music from his house and complaining to him and him turning round saying "sorry it's not me it's my 14 year old son". YOURE RESPONSIBILE FOR THEM IDIOT.

Whenever guests come round I always work out where they are parked to make sure they've parked corretly to not get a ticket etc. So it's no use what so ever to blame it on guests.

Until he he smells that crap coming from your shed and puts two and two together and then seeks revenge and does something like throw his rubbish in your bins, get his dog to !!!! all over your front garden etc.

Our local council don't enforce unless it is reported - you are lucky in Kent, here in London there tends to be very little off street parking. many of us park on our drives and then another car across and the council don't intervene. If you ring them to complain about a car that is not supposed to be there, they come and tow it very quickly. I suppose the £250 quid to get it back from the pound is a very big motivator for the council.

The home owner should get comission IMO.

But beggers can't be choosers I suppose.

It's a pretty serious offence, people get sacked from their jobs for turning up late a couple of times. Imagine if you're late for work because some pleb blocked up in.

Someone used to block our drive. My step dad jacked up their car, put some wheel things under the car and moved it to the middle of the street. Jacked it up and removed the wheel things.

No damage caused, but it stopped after that.

I used to live near a rough area. There was one guy who was very agrressive with people parking in bays near his house. It wasn't even his bay but it was the the closest to his house so he assumed it was his.

Anyway, someone parked there and the car ended up with brake fluid all over the paint. Everyone knew it was him but nobody could prove it. I hope someone did it back to him.

Having seen your post Jane on a new thread about someone with similar issues, how did it all work out in the end? Did they stop blocking you? Did you ever need to call the council and get 'em towed?
