1) I'd take more water with it if I were you, likelyfran.
2) So bored that you dig up a 3 month old thread and post 3) 9 - yes nine - separate posts in answer to an incident that people got bored with in the space of 6 days!
4)Or are you trying to up your post count?
5) Don't you think you've been a little unfair here by calling the OP a WUM?
6) What happened to this attitude of yours which was posted on another thread just a week ago?
Ridiculing the OP on this thread is just as bad as calling her a liar (which in essence you have done by calling her a WUM) or 'thick'.
7) And I guess that would be you, likelyfran, on this thread.
1) Hohoho! :rotfl:
2) Call the cops! I was searching for another thread and this one popped up and I read it. Is there a rule forbidding commenting on a '3 month old thread'?
3) "Sorry for the post bombardment and prolonging the thread agony, I know I'm obsessed.
I'm having an insomniac night and this has been a good laugh." -
It's called having a sense of humour and not taking oneself too seriously - you should try it Pollycat.
4) Yes, of course. I posted all those posts because I'm trying to 'up my post count'. (!!!!!!? Get a life!).
5) No. Have you actually read the OP's posts? Anyway, she's clearly long-gone (well, by 3 months - so we're talking DECADES ago) so very probably won't see my posts. Unless she's still doing 'funny threads' and is secretly reading and laughing her socks off at the whole thread.
6) Yup, that attitude is still there. Haven't you got anything better to do than obsess over my posting history, cross-posting from completely different threads?
7) Nope, I don't think so.

Do I need to go get some popcorn?
Go on then, nachos with the full works and a large Coke for me please! Do read it all from post 1 though.*Look for advice, not 'advise'*

No, nothing to see here.
Just someone who thinks it's amusing to resurrect old threads and talk to herself.
Just someone who takes other posters to task for being 'nasty and unhelpful' on one thread then launches into an attack on another poster herself.
But that's OK 'cos it's 'DECADES' ago and so doesn't count.
Apparently.
Dual standards, by anyone's measure.
It's just unfortunate for her that I was subscribed to this thread and remembered her from another thread.
She thinks I'm stalking her though, I guess.
Best leave her to amuse herself.0 -

Off you go then, and I would try calming down too, you seem to be getting things a bit twisted.
Oh and 'decades ago' was my take on your implication about resurrecting a 3 month old thread - do keep up.*Look for advice, not 'advise'*

Anybody fancy summing this whole thread up?
OP gets given a Jo Malone (apparently) candle. Expensive. It 'explodes' damaging a table and carpet.
Emails between OP and company ensue.
I advise careful reading of at least post 1 to get the picture.
It's quite a long post.
Several 'advice' posts given by different posters.
One or two posters point out 'inconsistencies' in what OP is saying.
I (me), happen upon thread during an insomniacal night and get reading, have no doubt that exchanges did occur (or OP is highly intelligent and effortful and made up the replies to herself as part of a spoof) but think there's something very 'strange' about ..... something.
OP is never seen again. Not that that means anything, just saying as it's a fact.
Pollycat comes along and tells me off.
Someone thinks about getting popcorn.
