I've sobered up a bit now
Managed to post a few comps and do the newsquests (thank god there was only two of them tho tonight. I was dreading one of them '20 new comps today' things they sometimes do)
Oh well, I've been putting this off, but must go and watch 'The Borgias'. I only say putting it off 'cos it's the last ever episode 'cos the network scrapped it. The &*%$£%&$. And once I've watched it, then that's it. No more. (sob). I hate how they do that. I still miss 'Rome'. That was THE best bit of TV ever.

Good Morning,

Hope everyone is well today and Maine doesn't have too bad a hangover. Also hope everyones internet is behaving. I used to have loads of bother when we had Plusnet but BT seems to be pretty good as if it does go off it is back on really quickly without me having to do anything. Haven't anything planned but will have to get some housework done and organise the spare room for DS2 coming on Monday. We will be away when he comes but can't do anything about it as he didn't tell us in time. Will be back on Tuesday anyway and here to drive him to the railway station when he heads to London.

My new laptop was supposed to be delivered today and I have just looked up Yodels Tracker thing and it says they were unable to locate my address yesterday! :mad: What a load of nonsense. Goodness knows what happens now - no point trying to phone that useless company.

Sorry you've got rain there fire**fly but they're still saying the weather's going to get better again this week. I hope it brightens up for you later :j

sheils - Yodel are a nightmare :mad: The only time deliveries from them go smoothly for me is when I've got a Tesco Wine delivery. For anything else they're a waste of space.

I don't believe it the postman has just brought me a £250 gift voucher from Sainsburys! :j :j:j It is from Handbag - I didn't get a WEM. Off to look at the comp now.
