Well your manager is saying the exact same thing as I have said. What makes you more special than the other person apart from the permanent contract. It's up to you in the long term what best for you.
The other side of that coin - what makes me worth any less than that other employee??
FWIW I bring considerably more experience of the industry than she does. I can see already that I'm more proactive, have better time management and problem solving skills.Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -
