FWIW I bring considerably more experience of the industry than she does. I can see already that I'm more proactive, have better time management and problem solving skills.

Ha, ha! Sorry Every job in my sector asks for 'strong attention to detail' or words to the effect...that's why I got into it...had to make my perfectionism work for me.
