What they describe as "December's Incentive" was with the posting pack for w/c 11 November. November's was received with posting pack for w/c 21 October.

I'd suggest they will send the next lot out with the pack for w/c 16 December and may even include a little extra for Christmas (something like a chocolate star).

Are you still in the "training" phase, sending items to West Brom? If so, you don't receive the monthly incentive again until you are actively sending to other panelists.

I've been on the panel for years too and received one of the daily prizes in the early months of my participation and nothing since.

Looking at the reference numbers of the current crop of 14 winners, one has a 3-digit number, two have 5 digits but the rest have 6 digits. So it seems that the newer people are more significantly represented. (I've made the assumption that the reference numbers are allocated sequentially when you join.)

Maybe we will get them next week. The stamps seem to have changed colour - first class stamps are gold this week not orange ...

I received the December incentive on the 2nd November. The January incentive should be arriving soon.
