  • i start an unaddressed mail survey tomorrow however its my first one so i have no clue really what to do i know it wants me to log what i get but apart from that i'm clueless

    :eek: it will be a fair while longer than 1/2 a day (seeing as its only monday today so they weren't in yesterday) to hear back from them & thats if they even have any spaces in your area. It took a couple of months for me from signing up, I'd completely forgotten about it when I did hear from them

    Ah, okay :D thanks for letting me know. I kept rechecking my email thinking I should be seeing some kind of confirmation email. lol. I'll be patient and check back if I hear anything x
  • I have received my first SMART today, sorry if it's a silly question but do I remove all packaging before I put it in the envelope, it has 2 plastic coverings one of which has a code and ID number on it- do I leave this on please? - (the code is not showing yet in my account.)
