Or just escalate to TNS by referencing this thread. Please also remember that you can pick up a diary at poundland.0 -
I have a feeling I missed out on stamps one month, but I never write down the dates I receive them so I couldn't be sure...
Is there anywhere on the survey site where we are told when our current survey time ends? I started May/June-ish and I'm hoping that I'm due to stop soon, the P.O is a no-go zone for me in December if I can help it!0 -
Hi
I would be willing to pas mine on as I have bought an educational one.
I makw use of nearly everything.
Packing paper goes to various class drawer for kids to draw on.
Polystyrene blocks and packing card go to art room
Envelope, jiffy bags and boxes are used by family for posting sold items on well known auction site or gifts.
Stamps are used for similar and labels although they are also passed on to another TA to label her charity items at shops she helps out.
Wasnt sure what to do with grey bags but at minute our class is making plastic bag tepee.
Anyway email me0 -
This is first time Ive been told that my time is nearly up...I wish when they started you on main panel they would indicate finishing date. With the on/off periods before you are definetly on a running timetable 6 months seems to be elastic.0

Agree with you, I'm still waiting after finishing in April 2015 to be invited back to main panel.0

i started in june and was given my notice last week, and today i have been asked if i want to do another 6 months without having to train again0 -
All through my 6 months I was requesting more Smart return envelopes and I'd get sent a couple at a time, then none in the weekly sender pack. I finished my stint 3 weeks ago and am still receiving items and had to request another smart return envelope. I've just received 5!0

Complain to TNS as you should not be receiving anything after 3 weeks. I would ask them for compensation.0 -
Quote from the email I received at end of last stint:
'As we prepare our items several weeks in advance of their posting dates you may continue to receive survey items for up to four weeks after the date your time on the survey came to an end'
