All I get as a resting panellist and this has been since April 2015 is 'we do not give diaries to resting panellists'. Would be nice to be invited back.

Then complain to TNS by referencing this thread. As I have said before, TNS are totally incompetent and are not consistent; as is proven by their distribution of their diaries.

Nice and easy this week as I am not scheduled to send anything. Last week, I just sent one item and received one.

I had a slightly odd one today...... posted off an item as usual, at about 10am - in this case the letter was only going about 10 miles. Then later on today I had a message asking me to confirm that posting time as it had been logged as arriving before it was sent! I'd be amazed if it had arrived at all, unless the postie decided to drop it off or something; but I don't see how the recipient would know the R-number and be able to log it if it hadn't arrived. Very strange! And yes, I'm 100% sure I posted the correct item, and that it was this morning.

Perhaps those that receive diaries they don't need could pass them on to resting panelists
