I received mine today also. Unfortunately I had already bought one: it was under a pound, so I'll pass it onto someone else.

You could always pass it on to me!!
After loads of emails trying to get the L2S incentive vouchers i have been owed for ages (one dating back to May :eek: ...although I have received that one now) I raised the question of maybe a little good will gesture, and this was my reply!!.......
"The £2 voucher for your posting on 19th September was logged as despatched on October 17th.
Your £5 voucher for the Correctly Delivered survey was logged as despatched on October 19th.
Your £2 voucher for your posting on 3rd October was not despatched as scheduled last week.
I’ve now reordered all these vouchers for you and you should receive them early next week.
I raised the issue of a goodwill gesture with our despatch manager but, because we can’t confirm in two of these three instances that your incentives weren’t despatched according to schedule, I’m afraid we can’t provide one in this instance. We’re always of course happy to replace any vouchers which you don’t receive."..........

I wasn't asking for the world, and maybe I was being a bit cheeky by mentioning a good will gesture, but they can't even send a diary of which they'll have hundreds. I won't get one as a panellist because my six month stint ends next week, my last posting pack came last week so evidently I miss out on that by 7 day's!!! Lol!
We offer to take part in the survey, I am well aware, and yes, we get stamps and £2 L2S vouchers here and there for the odd cube, nevertheless, the "service" we provide for TNS is invaluable to the survey. Yet they can't even send me a freebie to make up for it!
Anyways, thanks for listening folks! You'll be pleased to hear that my little(!) rant is over!!! Lol!

I initially signed up last autumn and the screen said I'd been successful and that I'd be hearing from them. Like you, I can't remember exactly what it said! I then got an email from them in the February saying there was an opportunity in my area to represent them with an option to accept or decline the invitation. I accepted and got an email by return saying that they'd be in touch. It was the end of March that I was actually given a start date of mid April and training info.
When you went and signed up again and it said they're not recruiting anymore people in your postcode, could be that you are already in the system but yet to be started up. If it is the case that they now don't need you, after saying they do, might have been nice to let you know! Frustrating!!

Clairabella78....Have you escalated to TNS ? As I have advised previously, I have managed to get a diary and Xmas stamps for the last 3 years; even though I was not part of the survey during the last 3 Decembers. Please remember that they will have loads of 'spare' diaries and stamps. I have just sent them a polite reminder and hey presto....they always send me a diary and stamps.

I certainly won't be leaving it at the email they sent me about no good will gesture for not receipt of incentive vouchers ( and stamps one month), I just haven't responded to them yet, and now I know that the diaries have started to be sent out, coupled with the fact that panellists get said diaries and stamps even when resting, that'll all be mentioned when I do!
I know they'll have tons of freebie diaries coming out of their ear holes! I've still got loads of freebie pens for a company I worked for years ago, we really couldn't get rid of them all! Lol!

Just reference TNS to this thread to show that they have given diaries to people that were not active members of the survey as well as Xmas stamps.
