I have just posted my first cube but wasn't aware I was supposed to ask what is the last time for accepting parcels for postage. Where does it tell us we need to find this information ?
Hi P2TKL,
If memory serves, it mentions it in the training guidelines and as well as a very quick mention in the FAQ's online. Also, when you register the post office (and boxes) that you are going to use, there is a prompt asking what time is last acceptance (collection).
To be fair, the training guidelines aren't all that clear and could do with some tweaking!
Take care,

There is supposed to be a notice up in the post office telling you the last posting time but I have not seen one in the two post offices I use.
Our local post office in the corner shop and it did get a bit embarrassing posting the cubes.
Fortunately, the staff don't ask what is in it but say I assume there is nothing prohibited in this.
One did comment one day, in a friendly manner, what is in here feathers? Reply, no, we are selling fresh air.0 -

Hi
The 3 sub-post offices I use, have the Last Acceptance times near the hatch for accepting parcels and other items. Not sure about the two main post offices as I've never posted cubes or parcels there.:)Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -

I bet you a regular who they know, who has never posted a card and suddenly moved to cubes and boxes. And them too are light as feathers, I would be raising my eyebrow or two in this case.
You should say yes there is 1T of feathers in there.:rotfl:0 -

Just received the box to post with the £4 (4 x £1)love to shop incentive - but my vouchers have holes in them???- I can see the metallic security strip ,is this normal?
Would be grateful for a reply - ThanksHi columbo_addict,
I received vouchers with holes in them too and contacted TNS. Their response was - 'I can assure you they are okay'. However, I haven't tried to spend them yet!! :eek:Looks like another security measure, hard to forge a foil strip showing through like that.
I emailed L2S and this was their replyFrom: info@love2shop.co.uk

Good Morning,
Thank you for contacting Customer Support at highstreetvouchers.com.
I am pleased to advise that your vouchers you refer to are not damaged in any way; this is one of the new security features on the latest version of our voucher showing both the new holographic thread visible through varying size holes.
WE have issued all our accepting retailers samples of these vouchers therefore they are aware of the new security features, however if you do have any problems trying to spend, please do not hesitate to contact.
Kind Regards

Confirmation e-mail says first Sender Pack in first week of December. Not sure if that means I don't have to re-train or that the training pack will arrive in December. Not that I'm angling to make sure I get Xmas stamps or anything...
Hope not! But the email is just a standard one. It is the same as the prevous one. We will know in December!0 -
After many years of being on the panel, I finally received the long awaited email saying that I had won in the Daily Draw, and have received my voucher! Yay!! :beer:0

I'm on my third week back and going through the retraining stage. I'm not sure when they will send out the Christmas stamps but even if you are training you'll get them.0 -
