How would the survey people know though? did you report the opened letters?

I've also had a few of the small white envelopes partly opened, wasn't sure if that was on purpose.

Yesterday received another letter with the posting date and time on, all these don't help.

Got email from survey people to say Royal mail informed them that they are aware of me in the survey.

The packet you get get with the weeks mailings in, that is what was opened and an elastic band put over it, the one with the november incentive slip in, but minus the stamps. So someone at royal mail, opened it and informed kantar.

I have made a complaint to royal mail, but they won't nothing, absolutely useless they are.

Not had any survey material with date and time on.
Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j
  • Help! I just recently started doing the survey and accidentally posted one of the items a week earlier than I was meant to, I received my posting pack nearly a week ago and assumed it was for this week as all the other packs I have had are for the following week, it was only when I logged in to write the posting info that I realised my error. They won't hold this against me will they? I put the posting info in on the site anyway even though it is a week early xx

No, they won't hold this against you. When you log in to say it was sent just click no it was not sent next week. It will then ask what day you posted it and just log it as today. HTH :)

Could someone clarify this message I received today please:

To improve the quality of the information we collect, we would be grateful if you could confirm the Last Acceptance times for the Postbox that you use most often when posting survey items. To do so, please click on the link below to respond to a quick questionnaire:

If you are unsure of your Last Acceptance times, please check when you next have a survey item to post.

then when i click on the link it asks this

For the Postbox at #### ##### what is the last collection time is on a weekday?

    (thats how its worded)

I'm just having a dopey moment but do them mean when is the latest I can post? or the latest time stated on the pillar box?

I've just had my first received items and entered the details on the site, do I now recycle all the paperwork? And is there a charity I can send the stamps to?

Believe Oxfam shops accept used postage stamps, not tried myself yet as I have lots to recycle and am reluctant to post because of the cost nowadays. Used to post them somewhere, can't remember now.

Since I'm being sent stamps I'm sure I can spare one occasionally... I found this list of charities which accept stamps for fundraising, some might be out of date so it's probably worth double-checking, but it's nice to think all those stamps will help somebody!
