Hi

Unless it's box, you don't have to go in the Post Office. Just input the postbox you used outside the Post Office.

Presumably you have two lists in the drop-down section of where posted - one for handed over at a PO counter and the other posted in a post box. If not you need to create this by adding post boxes using the code for the boxes you are using, that can include those outside a PO. So the method is to select the box and avoid the "handed over counter" section for this posting.



If you are only in the training phase (posting to West Bromwich) read the training material you will have received which is also available on the website.

Did anyone else complete the Correctly delivered survey between 26th August - 8th September?

I did and haven't been paid my voucher yet despite it being well after 3 weeks since it finished - have been sending emails and trying to get through on the phone but getting no answers or responses.

I got my voucher on Monday of this week

Got email today, saying being removed as royal mail may be aware i am in the survey. All down to damn postman i think, have had a few opened letters in the past
