Just to let you know you are not alone, I had problems with the site the other week which resolved in a day or 2, glad you're sorted now.

I've just received my postings for w/c 28th Oct which has got another(!) appeal for SMARTS. I know it was discussed a couple of pages back what to do with ones that are not on your stock take list, please Send Them Back! If they're not on your list RM don't know you have them so they are out of the system and therefore cause the current issue of smarts running short :)
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps
  • I'm loving the free stamps but my living room looks like a Royal Mail sorting office some days. Glad when it's over.
  • I have just finished my 6 month at end of September,I was told I would receive a limited addition book of stamp when I completed my 6 month,is this true or do we not get any rewards,
    Many thanks

Yes when I finished my 6 months (last month) I received my normal monthly incentive and then the week later received a presentation pack along with another set of first class and large stamps(like the monthly incentive).

They seem to have started doing this in the last year. When I finished my original stint I don't think they sent anything other than perhaps a "thank you" email.

Just finished my 6 months, hope to get asked back on again in 6 months time as I've really enjoyed doing it. Just signed up to the Correctly delivered - these should keep me busy while I'm waiting :j

    Hi

Same here. Just finished my lasting postings.

Have completed a Correctly Delivered, still doing a Unaddressed Mail survey and am doing another Correctly Delivered survey in November. Much better than posting and receiving stuff.:)

How do you get invited to a Correctly Delivered survey?

Just been told after my training I'll be put on a break as they are oversubscribed, but that I could continue doing the Correctly Delivered surveys. Heard some mention of seeing an invite when you log in, but will that be a pop up or not? (I've disabled the popups due to the incessant smart requests!) Seems a bit unlikely that I'll see an invitation since I won't actually need to log in any more.

Sometimes they will email to tell you the box is there. However, that is not guaranteed. The box just appears at the bottom to accept the invitation. It is not a pop up.

I was like you. I never saw the invites. When my 6 months finished I emailed them and said I would be willing to do the correctly delivered. I got a message back saying they would put me on the list and soon after received an email invitation. I have completed 2 undelivered and 1 correctly delivered since my 6 months finished. Due to start another correctly delivered in November.
