My problem seems to be when using IE I can log into the site select unaddressed mail...input what I receive and press submit...then it comes up with webpage not available....
so it seems it cant store what I input because when I go back into the page the values have reset to 0

Having emailed them and asked about being put on the Correctly Delivered survey, I received a reply today saying my interest would be flagged on the system. I logged in and there was an invite to take part from mid November to December, so hopefully they won't pull me from that too!
  • I'm still not a member of the panel, but I did get an email asking me to do another unaddressed survey (started yesterday). Today I got my £5 voucher for the survey I did last month, but still no pack (envelopes/labels) in the post. However, got an email just a few minutes ago, telling me I was doing the survey (why don't they confirm your participation before you're actually due to start? You just have to keep the Monday leaflets, just in case you get chosen and get confirmation on the Tuesday after you're supposed to have started!), but this time it doesn't mention anything about posting. So basically, you get the same £5 voucher for doing a lot less work, there's no posting anything, just a few clicks on a website, a couple of times a week - seems like a rather good deal! :D

I've always been invited to the Unaddressed Survey by email (as you have) and had to confirm could participate by responding to the email in some way. They tell you the dates then so I've always made a note in my diary for the first Monday. I've never received a notice that the survey was running when I hadn't already received advance warning.

Are you saying the first you knew of the dates was today?

Sorry, no I knew the dates 2 weeks ago, just no confirmation I was definitely doing the survey until today. The emails I get ask me if I'm available and willing to do the survey, and then thank me for offering to do it, but don't confirm if I've been chosen to do it.

I think that's their way of confirming you are doing it!

(That is, I've never not done it after being thanked.)

You could try emailing postalsurvey@tns-ri.co.uk and ask whether there are any vacancies in your area.

    Good luck

I used to get this until I realised I was moving too fast for the web page. Might not be your problem, of course, but you could try leaving the page a couple of mins before hitting submit to see if it makes any difference. Sometimes the pages seemed to take ages to finish rendering completely, and this was when I had the problem. Doesn't happen now I'm on 36mbit broadband though :D

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.
