I finished my 6 months in about Feb time - I was invited to rejoin a month ago, did about 3 weeks of training, received an email saying they were oversubscribed in my area and would not now be starting me but would be in touch in the future .... then I got an email the very next day to say my first posting pack was due next week! :undecided This exact same thing happened the last time I was invited back!0

they stopped mine no reason0

I've had nothing for over 18 months now. I had to call them as my postie had seen what was getting delivered as one of the big envelopes had burst with everything there for him too see. I've never been invited back not even an email from them.0

Looking for some advice please
I'm back on my second stint after around 18 months or so break. I've got a cube to post via APL. The post office I use is quite a large one and they don't let you go to the counter. They direct you to use the self service machines instead.
Since this has changed since I last did the live survey. I just wanted to check - will that be ok?

I queried this with TNS as I was in the same situation with my local branch. The advice I was given is that if you are told to use the self service machines by the staff then do as directed.
Then email TNS with the details of the parcel, when/where it was posted so they can adjust their records accordingly.
Have sent at least 3 cubes/parcels like this now and will probably doing the same with another one next week.0 -
:j:j just had an email and I've won £10 in the daily draw.:T0
