I just got £2 of Love to Shop vouchers in the post, for posting a box two weeks ago - but the box had postage already on it. Was I supposed to check it was correct, because I didn't, I just handed it in. Did I do something wrong there? There were no special instructions, just 'post it at the post office'.0

From my post on the previous page...If you receive something (DL envelope, A5 size envelope, jiffy bag, DVD box, Cube, medium box) individually through the post with a piece of paper that has an R number on then it needs logging, some of these items you receive will have SMARTS in, some won't. When you do have a SMART in an individual item it needs recording on the portal (received an item/enter r number/did you receive a SMART/yes/enter SMART reference code)
While training you get test SMARTS that are just a square of card that all have the same code, when you are on the live panel SMARTS are foam in a plastic wrapper (do not remove wrapper) with a label on the outside each of which has a different code on each SMART to differentiate.
The posting packs you get from TNS (big plastic envelope with sheet of sticky labels of various addresses and r numbers, multiple envelopes/boxes, posting detail sheet which reflects the posting schedule on the portal) these don't need logging but need constructing in line with the posting detail sheet into posting items to post on the prescribed day/time slot.
TNS may also send out an envelope with extra SMARTS (training or real) in readiness for future postings where you may not have enough (no R number included) these don't need logging
Posting pack or spare smarts sent from TNS = dont log
Individual item received through the post with R number = log including smart if included (regardless or live or training type)
Made up an item according to the posting pack & put it in the post box according to schedule = confirm what post box & time against that record on the online schedule.

Hi everyone, newbie here! Received my first pack yesterday - I have an envelope and a jiffy bag to send next week. The instructions say I have to include a smart card - but there isn't any in the pack. Am I to assume I will receive some in the next few days?
Another question - if I need to send one of them from a post office, does this mean a post office counter or a post office postbox?
Thanks!0 -

Another question - if I need to send one of them from a post office, does this mean a post office counter or a post office postbox? If the items fit in the box post them outside the post office in the postbox....if you have something like a larger item then hand it in over the counter. It is always advisable and preferable that you use the boxes outside if at all possible
Thanks!

You are signed up to the panel on a 6 month stint during this time you can probably expect to send and receive items on a weekly basis....this could be as few as one a week and even as many as 7 or so,although most people seem to get around 2-4 to post each week and receive around the same.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Received two smarts from TNS this morning. One of them is listed for return to TNS.
Obviously no joined up thinking0 -
At what point do the forthcoming weeks posting schedules get updated? I have received items for week commencing 21st September but there are no details online? I like to prepare them as soon as they come in and add the smarts, then file them to be posted on their due dates.0
