How do you get to do the Correctly delivered surveys? I'm currently resting & only ever been asked to do unaddressed.

The same question is just a few posts above yours........

Had anyone done the correctly delivered survey?? It's my first day and I'm not actually sure what I should be looking out for? My normal envelopes from the survey? Or junk with "markings" on? I only had normal junk delivered today but I would have received that anyway....as its stuff I've had before....help!

The total numbers of letters/packets addressed to your household. Markings aren't relevant for correctly delivered. 'Junk' would count if it's actually addressed to you/household (as opposed to unaddressed leaflets)

    · How many items of mail did you receive? (if this is zero, please still login and enter a “0”)
    · Were any items incorrectly delivered?
    · Were any items left on your doorstep?

You usually receive an email invite but sometimes the invitations are on your home page when you log in. So worth logging in each day even when you are resting. You have to be quick to accept as these surveys fill up really quickly.

Presentation packs are usually only sent at the start and end of your stint on the panel....I believe those who have mentioned that they received one were at the beginning of a 6 month stretch

I have just received my first "proper" pack for posting. There was the Magna Carta presentation pack and the usual first class packs on top of the ones I received at the weekend.

One of the items to post is an A000 jiffy which is too small for a SMART !!

Quick note to whoever decided to send me 2 smarts in an envelope (one normal & a training one), thank you.. I really enjoyed paying £1.11 at the sorting office because this made the item too heavy.

But the flip side is that if you contact the panel and advise them that you had to pay for the excess postage they will reimburse you with stamps that at least cover the cost if not exceed it....

I had some correspondence with TNS about this recently because whoever sent it to me folded the Smart to put it in the envelope!

The insist that you can get the Smart in the A000jiffy although I disagreed. Apparently they have acquired a new one which fits better according to them.
