Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

I have just received a small padded envelope containing a Smart folded in half together with a much reduced sheet with the R no. label on it also folded in half.
In all the years I have been on the panel, I have not received anything like this.
Has anyone else received an item like this before?
Hi, I recieved test item a couple of days ago with no R number attached. Got in touch and was advised to return the smart, as it can not be entered online without the R number/label0 -
Well that's my last mailings sent, all my smarts sent back and I'm now resting
Overall I enjoyed doing this. I've cleared £40 in vouchers and I've enough stamps to last me years. Also enjoyed the free magazines when I got them
I've just also completed the unaddressed mail and I've been invited to do something else, not sure what that was as just glanced. If I get invited back I will definitely do it again. Very little work for the reward, esp for people like myself who's whole country only has the one postcode
Vouchers will come in handy for Christmas , as will the stamps0 -
Suggestions please folks:
I'm trying to enter an item I've posted. The system says the last posting time for the PB is 9 am but the box is still displaying 17.30.
So when it asks if I agree with the last posting time, I say no and enter 17.30 instead. It then asks me if I posted before the last posting time and I say yes, 13.10. The system tells me that is an invalid entry and to try again, and won't let me go any further.
The instructions tell you to go by what the box says, and I know the last collection hadn't gone as the PB was still showing Monday. Plus I've done this before with no problems. Am I missing the obvious here? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

definitely says 17:30, and not that a later collection is available at X box at 17:30?0 -
I'll double check, but I'm 99% certain that it's last collection 17.30.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Yes you can. I rarely get round to entering mine on the day I posted it.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I had the same problem. You won't be able to tell the "truth" until TNS update their records with the new collection time. This usually takes a couple of days. I had to say no I hadn't posted before last collection (even though I did) and then sent an email and they replied that they would update my records0

Interesting one.
I posted a TNS letter a few weeks ago addressed to a location 100s of miles away. I can recognise my hand writing.
I have just had this letter posted through my letter box by my postman. There in nothing on the letter with my postal address on and I can feel the Smart card in the envelope so I have no idea how RM have posted this back to me. There are also no postage markings on the envelope.
My gut feel is not to tell TNS as they may take me off the survey and just to repost the letter and see what happens. What does everyone else think ?0 -

Indeed it is a strange one, I should imagine Custardy will be along & will probably be able to throw some light on it for you.0
