I've received a magazine called "Money Week" I'm not sure if it's part of the survey.
Can't see any R numbers and no smart. Can anyone say if this is a survey item?

Have you checked online to see if it is on your non R-number selection?

I've had Cosmopolitan and Good Housekeeping - they're on the magazine list but not highlighted as ones I'm due to receive as yet so I think someone's cocked up somewhere. I'm not complaining though - I'm far more likely to read them than I am Boxing today and the Jewish Chronicle which are the other ones I already get.

Unaddressed Mail
Check non R number items <<<<<<<<< AND CLICK ON THIS

Thank you, yes it is in the 'Due to receive' section.

I cannot record it in the usual way as it is not showing in the received list, I suppose I just keep trying?

I've not had a magazine before.

Yes, I did but it then asked me to select the magazine from the list. There was nothing in the list..

If it isn't listed at the moment, hold on to it and keep a note of the receiving details as it will probably appear in the next week.
