Can I ask a question - the posting schedule states to post at the post office after midday
Well I cant get into the post office as it closes at 5.30 - can I post it at the sorting office post box?
For future reference does the post office also mean the box outside?

Yes, if it fits. If not, post in the post office.

I recieved a posting pack, however it contained 2 smarts. Do i need to record these smarts. When i look under my smarts they are not there?
If the smarts are cardboard training smarts then just go ahead and use them...if they are live smarts you should see that they will be updated on your smart list my tns automatically in the next few days,or at least before you are due to post them.

You do not need to log the sender pack received that you need to onward post as items received.

regarding the after Midday and before Midday posting. Post box at top of village has 9am last post and bottom end of village is 4.45pm. I tend to post in whichever box I or a member of my family is passing and dont make a specific trip to catch morning or evening post so sometimes I wont catch the last post.
If you cannot post before last collection then you should hold on to the item until the same day the following week and post it then (before last collection). They don't seem to mind an occasional item posted after last collection but you should not make a habit of it. Please see below a copy and paste of the relevant section from the FAQs on the survey website:

The schedule has asked me to post at a time I cannot make. What do I do?
You may post the item at a different time, as long as survey items are posted on the correct date and before the final collection.
If you cannot make the day of posting, please post the item the same day the following week before the final collection. Please ensure that you update the system with the amended time of posting.

    Quote from survey site FAQs:

Do I use the PostBox inside or outside the Post Office?
You can post your items in the PostBox outside the Post Office, which is our preferred option.

Just received a test CD/DVD box, obviously the sender couldn't work out how to fold it around the polystyrene insert so threw that away and just sent it flat.

Got a reply to my email asking about recent missing incentives, in case we're all in the same boat

They say they've been delayed, but should be in the posting packs for the week commencing 27th July or the first week of August

Juts to confirm - is it fine for me to use a postbox that has 9:30am as last posting date, and make sure I post before then? Or do they prefer for people to use a postbox that has an evening collection?
