Watch out though as some postboxes have their last collection listed as 7am or 9am in which case posting at lunchtime or later would be after the last collection and not good.
On the website there is a tab labelled FAQ,it deals with basic questions that you might have and could perhaps clarify some of the questions you have already asked.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Can anyone advise me? I posted my second letter today, input the details and it's telling me it's an invalid entry.
I added the postbox to my list of posting methods, and I posted it on time. It seems to have an issue with my posting time, but I don't know why it would?
The only thing I can think of is that the postbox I used only has one collection time of 9am (didn't know that before today) so technically perhaps I should have posted it yesterday for it to be picked up today?0 -

Yes that worked Saetana, thank you!
Might I be penalized for technically getting it wrong? I didn't realize the postbox only had one daily collection in the morning, I usually use the main one in town which has an evening last collection.0 -

let me tell you the other side of this.
If you post after the collection time, but say you posted before.
The blame for this falls on the collecting office for that box, given the test letter is delayed by 24 hours before hitting the mail centre.
No information is given to the office except that they failed a panellist letter (termed access failures)
So the staff and managers come under scrutiny and are flagged up nationally for failure. There is no defence as it is assumed the failure is on RMs side.0 -
You will find that items will now need to be posted witin two timebands;
Before Midday and After Midday
Please post within the time bands as requested on your postal schedule and complete the posting information online as normal.
Please post your items before the Last Collection Time indicated on the post box. We are aware that in some instances it is not possible for you to post before Last Collection Time , in which case please post according to the instruction on the posting schedule.
If you are unable to post within the scheduled time band, please hold the item until the same day in the following week. Please ensure that the correct date of posting is entered when you go online. .
So if you still post even if it is after past collection time.
The last collection time for my local box is 11 am, so if the schedule states 'after midday' then the item will be posted after the last collection time as instructed above.

I did tell them that I posted after, and why.
I read the FAQs on the site but I missed that part of the text, thank you for c+ping it for me
For simplicity I'll just use the one in town for now!0 -

Obviously I know what the senders are doing. Little reminders of when to post so they don't have to look online, but this is just giving the game away and puts my identity as a panellist in jeopardy.
I want to complain about it but why should I be kicked off the panel because of these idiots?
I received a small brown envelope yesterday with the date and 1st wrote on it - surely a post it note attached to remind will suffice (I use this method - it's also handy if the hubby or daughter has to post it). This like you say is jeopodising panellists
Complaining must let them know that the one sending isn't doing their job correctly and they should be the one let go - its a little harsh to let the receiver go“You’re only here for a short visit.
