    site looks ok now.

  • Almost daily I am getting letters, jiffies and other items with little initials written on them. For example ''Thur, after 12, post box''.

Obviously I know what the senders are doing. Little reminders of when to post so they don't have to look online, but this is just giving the game away and puts my identity as a panellist in jeopardy.

I want to complain about it but why should I be kicked off the panel because of these idiots?

From what I see of our poor postman worked off his feet he probably doesn't even have time to notice when idiots do things like this. Also from when I was a junior in a bank we used to write strange codes on letters for franking as well, so may be not unusual to have date/times on it. I know this doesn't really help but as you say saying something may get you kicked off the panel:(

    - As long as the post box is on your registered list any one will do. You can register up to 10 post boxes.
As long as the postbox is in the same major postcode zone. i.e. your home address is AA12 3ZZ; you can only use a postbox in AA. Not a big issue for most people, I know, but if you work in a different zone, you may be limited in getting to a postbox at the preferred times.
I need to think of something new here...

Makes life so simple here doesn't it? I just leave the mail on the hall table with a post it stuck to it saying where and when, and whoever is going out takes it for me despite all three of us working in different towns :)

I have been participating in the live posting panel since the week commencing Monday 2nd March but today I received the following email,

    "Dear xx

Your time on the live posting panel will come to an end in 2 weeks. We will then stop despatching Sender Packs to you and the number of survey items you receive should reduce shortly afterwards.

Please do continue to prepare and post survey items during your remaining weeks on the survey.

In 6 months you will become eligible to re-join the survey, and we will send you an invitation when a space becomes available in your area. In the meantime, we might invite you to participate on the 2-week long Correctly Delivered and Door-to-Door Survey.

Please do not reply to this email. If you have any further queries, please direct them to our helpdesk at postalsurvey@tns-ri.co.uk.

Thank you for all your help on the Royal Mail Survey.

    TNS".

I didn't think my time on the panel would come to an end until the beginning of September. This is the first time I have not completed at least six months on the panel. Is everyone else doing less than five months on the panel too?

I've often thought about putting something extra inside to make it more interesting for the person at the other end! :D

Did a clear out and found that I had 14 extra SMART envelopes so folded them all inside another and posted them back to be reused.
