I had the same query and emailed them, they told me use the postbox outside.

I've just had the e mail to tell me I'll be 'rested' after two weeks from now - well, that's ok - I mean, I'm not delighted about it but .... Anyway - does anyone know if that's it forever or do they come back to you? I've really enjoyed doing this and I don't really want to stop but obviously I have no choice in that!

6 months on, 6 months off is the usual pattern - but if you are being rested after less than 6 months because your area is oversubscribed then it could be any length of time...

I guess you got this email....all panellists are usually rested after 6 months but the bolded bit advises that you will be invited back if space becomes available....it usually does

Your time on the live posting panel will come to an end in 2 weeks. We will then stop despatching Sender Packs to you and the number of survey items you receive should reduce shortly afterwards.


Please do continue to prepare and post survey items during your remaining weeks on the survey.

In 6 months you will become eligible to re-join the survey, and we will send you an invitation when a space becomes available in your area. In the meantime, we might invite you to participate on the 2-week long Correctly Delivered and Door-to-Door Survey.
