Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me regarding how often you receive the presentation stamps?

I started training in November & joined the proper panel roughly January, I received a lovely Christmas presentation set but i was just wondering if i should have recevied any more sets?

I have received my monthly incentive of stamps though.

    Thanks

The presentation stamps are detailed in the incentives section of panel ....which says
we will send you one presentation pack when you begin the survey and another upon completion of 6 months.

The 6 month one usually comes around the time that you are rested.

seasonal gifts throughout the year are sent to participating panellists...small gifts just to say thank you...

That translates to a diary around christmas time and possibly a book of christmas first class stamps and a small easter chocolate gift mini eggs or similar

I have a medium parcel to post this week. In the past I've had cubes and DVD boxes. I don't mind paying cash posting parcels in return for vouchers, I do wish they would give us something other than polystyrene or foam to out in boxes, I find it awkward when they ask what's in the box while trying to be descrete.

This is the advise on the website -

I have been asked by the post office what is inside the item I am trying to post. What shall I say?
Please say that the item contains a sample of foam. Please contact our helpline with the details of the post office in question if you are experiencing any further issues.

When I posted a cube last week the lady took it , weighed it in her hands and said with a smile 'Oh, are you posting feathers?'

My husband replied that we were selling fresh air.

I'm a little bit confused. I started training for the panel the first week in May. I'm a returning panelist, but it's been very hit and miss. For sending items- I've had about 2 items to post a week and after 2 weeks I had a whole week's gap. Then a few more weeks and now nothing- at all. During this time, I only received about 2 or 3 items to put on the system. I got paid one lot of stamps- book of 1st class and book of 1st class large stamps.

No presentation packs, barely any communication from them. Last time, someone phoned me during or at the end of the trial to make sure I was happy. Basically, I've no clue what's going on! I'm fairly sure that last time the trial led straight into the panel- but this time I've just been met with silence!

I shouldn't worry, I had the same - I think I had 2 gaps with nothing to post, and started to wonder if I'd been rested again without them telling me. Then things suddenly started arriving and I got the phone call checking all was okay after I'd already started posting things.
Have a look at next weeks posting plan on the website - that'll give you a hint as to what's going on.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
