  • In my opinion this means that you hold the smart item over until the same day of the next week.

Thanks, I have re-read that picture many times and it just doesn't seem very clear at all, might be it's just me being dopey! I'm going to have a very backed up week by the looks of things....6 items this week with no sign of any smarts and 4 next week!!!! Xx

Omg I wish I had days when I don't do anything lol

Seriously I live in a small country and there's not a day I'm away to the post office plus a postbox. But seriously I'm enjoying it, I enjoy getting the mags and the vouchers and tbh I do cheat now and then. If I have a po say this Monday and two next, I do them all the same time. Get there just before 12 so I cover them all :)

I'm just doing the training for the first time. I had an item to post yesterday - no prob but when I came to the data entry there were a few bits I wasn't aware I needed. Still fine but for today's item I thought I would just go through the data entry to make sure I knew what info I needed by entering some spurious info.

Unfortunately I went through too far and the item is now showing as completed :embarasse. As some of the info entered wasn't completely accurate should I email TNS to explain or just leave it?

Oops!! Best to email them as they do need accurate information and as you are still training they may not keep you on the panel.
