I was able to log in but then had this error when trying to enter a received item today.

Also had another problem, so have emailed them so they can sort it all out, especially as it is their end of period day & they will need to have all the information.

Perhaps something has gone wrong after their maintenance today!

Just seen this on their site

Currently you may be experiencing some problems entering information about the survey items you have received. We are working to resolve the issue as a matter of urgency, however we would ask that you hold onto the information you have and try entering the details tomorrow. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this problem.

Hi! I just received my first test pack today, is it normal to have to handwrite the name and address on one of the packaging? Also it says when I post the items I have to log onto my account but I have no account details, does this come seperately? Just waiting on my smarts too (whatever they are lol!). Does it matter what postbox I post the item? Just if im out I wondered could I post it anywere as long as I met the time to post it? One last question (sorry!) it says to post one of the items in the post office but there is already a stamp on it? Will they not wonder why I'm bringing it to the postoffice? Thanks SO much for any help! :)

    - Yes, perfectly normal. On the weekly sheet you will get it will tell you whether the address should be handwritten or to use the attached label.

Also it says when I post the items I have to log onto my account but I have no account details, does this come seperately?
    - They normally send you the account details at the beginning. You log in with your registered e-mail address and use the default password that they will send you (you can change this at your first log-in).

Just waiting on my smarts too (whatever they are lol!).
    - They are electronic tracking devices that trace the route followed by your package. When you are training initially they will use dummy cardboard SMART's with the real ones following when you go 'live'.

Does it matter what postbox I post the item? Just if im out I wondered could I post it anywere as long as I met the time to post it?
    - As long as the post box is on your registered list any one will do. You can register up to 10 post boxes.

One last question (sorry!) it says to post one of the items in the post office but there is already a stamp on it? Will they not wonder why I'm bringing it to the postoffice?
    - When it says Post Office it actually means the post box outside the Post Office. There are some items that you will send that will be too large for the box and you will hand them over the counter.

Thanks SO much for any help! :)
    - Don't worry we all started by asking pretty much the same questions. Read through the posting manual that will come with or within a day or so of your first pack and it should clarify things. Good luck!

Thank you so much for your help!! I really appreciate it! Just have to find my password now lol :)
  • Almost daily I am getting letters, jiffies and other items with little initials written on them. For example ''Thur, after 12, post box''.

Obviously I know what the senders are doing. Little reminders of when to post so they don't have to look online, but this is just giving the game away and puts my identity as a panellist in jeopardy.

I want to complain about it but why should I be kicked off the panel because of these idiots?
