I've received a magazine called "Money Week" I'm not sure if it's part of the survey.
Can't see any R numbers and no smart. Can anyone say if this is a survey item?0 -
Yes it is as I get sent that one. It might not appear on your list for a week or two. I find magazines arrive and it is 2 weeks before one shows up on line and then after they disappear from my list I still get them for a few weeks. Wish I got Good Housekeeping. The ones I get I only unwrap to check if they contain a smart.
I asked the help desk last week and Magazines NEVER contain SMARTs.
It was after I was asked if there was a Smart in a Mag I'd received and after saying NO I got a message in effect saying that there should have been one.
When I queried it, it turns out their system is rather "dumb" and has a general "blanket" Q&A that frequently doesn't fit the item or the situation.
From what I understand occasionally you/we might get an "invoice" or "statement" or something (other than a magazine) from the magazine publishers or distributors that probably will contain a SMART.

Hiya I posted a cube today & the person at the post office wouldn't accpect it without putting a return name & address on it. This is unusual since they normally just take it. I hope it makes it alright & recipient doesn't find it too weird.0

No, you have to ask the counter staff, and they will apply an APL label to the package. You have to pay the £3.20 for this postage cost (But got £4 L2S vouchers)
You get the remaining £2 L2S voucher at the end of every month in which a package has been posted0 -
I have just received a small padded envelope containing a Smart folded in half together with a much reduced sheet with the R no. label on it also folded in half.
In all the years I have been on the panel, I have not received anything like this.
Has anyone else received an item like this before?0 -
Never in all my years on the panel have I received such an item0

Bizarre! Is the SMART broken after being folded in half? Would it not have fitted otherwise?0 -

No it is not broken but it was a new one so hasn't done it much good. And no, it was just too large to go in the envelope which was a padded one size 000(w).
I have now emailed them about it & kept everything so they can have it back if they want. Looks as though it might be a business panellist as it has a Royal Mail postage label.
I'm about to start my 6 month rest thankfully as there seem to be more and more panellists who can't read instructions!0
