Well you asked how its possible. I suggest your first check is the postcode on the boxes.

Also, the boxes in question have been used for the survey for several months.

Why would the postcode on the boxes change?

I would email them and let them know theyve made a mistake, most things like that are highly likely to be error on their behalf. Like you say, postcodes can cover a very, very large area so unless somebody lives on the border of two it's unlike it would happen unintentionally.

When my brother-in-law was on the panel, he received several emails stating that he was posting outside his area.

He definitely wasn't, and the issue never seemed to be resolved.

    He's resting currently.

i had this as well through the couple of yrs i was on panel even though i only used the same 2 post boxes / and 1 main post office ..

I think this problem came up a while ago and it turned out that the post was being taken to an out of area sorting office. Perhaps something similar is happening now.
  • I had a similar problem a while back. I had posted in the same post boxes that I always do but for some reason it was flagged up that I had posted out of my area!. I just put it down to a little blip as everything has been ok since and I'm still on the panel. :)

So....last year I got rested at Christmas and didnt get the diary or other Christmas thing they sent out.

I've just had my first ever sellotape despite sending out lots of cubes - but no diary in my pack for next week. It really is pot luck :)
