ive sent an email as i think its a joke to post something at the post office before 10am and 1 after 1pm. it costs to get to the post office each time

I've not had any of those since the changeover as per the email you quote. All my posting plans since have just said before the last collection. Wonder why they've started doing it again.

Something seems to have gone awry with the latest posting pack (the one with the diary) as everything has got a 'timeslot' for the day of posting. I haven't had anything with allocated times for months.

I'm quite jealous of all you folks who have had free sellotape, the last cube I had to send looked absolutely atrocious, I did my best but the only tape I had refused to stick to the parcel. Found another roll of ye-olde tape lurking in the shed but I was almost embarrased to hand it over at the PO it looked that bad. Apologies to whoever had to deal with that sorry mess of tape-o-rama.

    From the FAQ

The schedule has asked me to post at a time I cannot make. What do I do?

You may post the item at a different time, as long as survey items are posted on the correct date and before the final collection.
  • I'm only on my first week so doubt I'd get a diary since by reading these threads I will get something to post every two weeks to start with. To be fair I do think current/regular posters deserve it more than a new start.

Ps be warned I may ask silly questions in the future lol

Why don't you contact them and ask for a roll?

Can I please ask a question?

Am I right in thinking that I don't have to enter a Smart that I have received which I am being asked to post out? It isn't one I've received from another panellist

    Thank you

Yep, spot on. If you're on the live panel it will probably show up in your Smarts list already. If you're training then they all use the same code and there's no need to log it until you send the item.
