They ask me to post on Good Friday, a Bank Holiday with no collections and are now querying why the Postmark recorded the next days date. TNS logic strikes again...

They should come with your first real pack - and you get another set with your final real posting pack as well

I only got a booklet of normal 1st class stamps and a booklet of not mail 1st class large stamps when I first got my training pack. I think I'm now something like week 4 into training now. I didn't realise at first that I had to wait for a 'smart' to arrive before posting and I went ahead and posted when it requested but without any 'smart' in it. I now normally get my packages and schedule for following week on a Thursday and usually get 2 smarts arriving on a Friday which includes an 'r-number'.

Yet another query, this time something posted last Saturday (due to a mix up after the final collection) and the SMART indicates it wasn't processed until Tuesday, I wonder why that could have been... :doh:

Did you advise them that it was actually posted after the final collection on Saturday? (I know that the computer could still wonder why it wasn't marked as Monday.)

If you get to a post box after the time of the supposed last collection, you can just hold on to the item until the following week.

Markdebby, the address will be in your posting pack. You will either need to handwrite it from the posting schedule or use the sticky label provided - the address will be on your online posting schedule and the paper schedule provided with the item.

It's not on my online posting schedule. The instruction is on the smart that came in a package today but no address.its a test AEDB Smart
